Ken's Kit Page - Watch this space for more builder's reports!

Ken Fowler bought a Thorp T-211 Homebuilder kit at the PFA rally in 1998. He is buying
the aircraft subkit by subkit, and estimates that these photos were taken approximately
150 - 200 hours into the build.

Ken writes:

I am very impressed with the way the aircraft comes together so quickly - this is very good
for motivation.

The Thorp T-211 build is going very well. The quality of the components and the superb build
manual help to make progress swift, you can see the aircraft growing before your very eyes.
Support from AD Aerospace is excellent. The few queries that I have had have been answered
swiftly and efficiently.

I really hope that you can get more builders 'on board'. I am more than happy for prospectives
to visit and have a look at my progress. Several people from the Cessna 150 group that I am in
have been to look at the build, have been very impressed not only with how much I have
completed but also the straightforward method of build, and the good solid looks of the airframe
(being metal it gives a good strong appeal). I think in your ads you could sound out the
strengths of the build manual. It was this that sold me on the plane, everyone who has looked
at my manual has been very impressed.
